Our group is a Social Network for the Special Needs Community and their parents/guardians to come together to socialize with each other. There are scheduled events happening in New Jersey... Such as Dances, Movies, Beach Parties, Bowling, Parent Meetings, Support Group, etc.  This is a private meetup site. I am a 46 year old mother of 4 children who has survived two strokes  & multiple TIAs in less then two years. I would love to meet up with others like me who have had to deal with trying to overcome the effects of their strokes while still being an active member of their family.
